Can Jetboost filter over 100 items?

Yes, if you add pagination to your collection list in Webflow.

For the fastest filter performance, we recommend setting the number of items per page to 100 (or as high as possible that fits your site).

Note that Jetboost will display all of the items found, regardless of how many items/page you select for Webflow's pagination. If you would like to paginate the filter results, add Jetboost's Advanced Pagination to your collection list.
